Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 888bdt website at https://888bdt.ws, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services accessible through that domain.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and verified identity.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings, where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x).
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Service, referring to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and similar Bangladesh-based mobile payment platforms.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, which is UTC+6, the operating time zone of 888bdt's support and processing teams.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed under Clause 8 of these Terms that is forbidden on the Platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond 888bdt's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or internet outages.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 888bdt operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21, we will immediately suspend that Account pending age verification. If the Player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, the Account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds returned, less any winnings generated during the period of suspected underage use.

2.2 One Account per Player

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open duplicate or multiple Accounts is a form of Prohibited Conduct and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Funds held therein. 2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

2.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence. 888bdt makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your area, we strongly recommend seeking independent legal advice before registering.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential at all times. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 888bdt will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other unsolicited communication. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed to have been carried out by you and you alone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team without delay at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze your Account to prevent further activity while the investigation is ongoing. 888bdt cannot be held liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

888bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Player relationship, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending bets will be settled according to normal rules before closure is finalised. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered MFS wallet, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

888bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladesh-based MFS platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 888bdt does not currently accept international card payments, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary depending on your Account verification status, payment method, and transaction history. 888bdt reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during BST business hours (UTC+6). Most MFS withdrawals are completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required. 888bdt does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with responsible gaming and financial compliance principles, 888bdt requires that withdrawals be made to the same MFS account used for the most recent deposit. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual activity is detected. 888bdt reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal that it has reasonable grounds to believe may be connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 888bdt are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn as cash. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each offer will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on certain game types (e.g., live dealer baccarat, low-margin slots) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the Wagering Requirement, as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting strategies, multi-accounting, use of multiple payment methods to claim the same offer multiple times, or any other method deemed by 888bdt to constitute bonus abuse, will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings generated from those funds. 888bdt's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

888bdt reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion, withdraw a promotion, or amend the Wagering Requirement of an active bonus at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's existing bonus balance and associated wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will be honoured.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 888bdt are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the Player except where an Early Cash Out option is available and specifically offered on that market. In the event of a void or abandoned match, bets will be settled in accordance with our standard void rules, typically returning the stake to the Player's Account.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets update in real time during active matches. 888bdt reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a match, particularly during critical moments such as wicket falls, DRS reviews, or significant scoring events. Bets accepted before a suspension are settled normally. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted and stakes will be returned.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on 888bdt are supplied by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and bonus features applicable to each game are governed by the respective game studio. 888bdt makes no warranty regarding outcomes in any casino game beyond confirming that all studios utilise certified Random Number Generators.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and Account status. 6.5 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error resulting in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed or recorded, 888bdt reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the Player's Account. Payouts made in error may be reclaimed by 888bdt. The principle that a "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all casino games.

7.1 Our Commitment

888bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of tools that allow Players to manage their gambling behaviour proactively. These tools are available at all times within your Account settings and are activated immediately upon request.

7.2 Available Self-Management Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 888bdt and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform ("multi-accounting").
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or identity verification information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape data, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or reversals with your MFS provider after depositing funds.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation strategies.
• Impersonating another Player, 888bdt staff member, or any other person.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or places unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 888bdt brand name, logo, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the property of 888bdt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Game content (graphics, sound, mechanics) made available through third-party studio partners such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. 888bdt holds valid commercial licences to display and operate those games on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888bdt, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, business, or data arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or Force Majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials confidential.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, 888bdt's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. 888bdt's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms and the operation of the Platform shall be final and binding, subject only to the arbitration process described above.
